There’s so much communication that happens through dance.
When you dance, do you listen to what your body shares with you?
Have you noticed HOW your body communicates with space and other bodies?
For me, dance is the most powerful form of communication and communion.
It’s how I connect with the Divine, move beyond my ego and expectations, and into the bliss of spaciousness and trust. It’s where I meet Souls to the point where when the music ends, asking one’s name seems so mundane. (“I’ve met your Soul, why do I need to know your name?”)
Dance relieves stress, softens attachment to the content of the mind, makes you sweat, and keeps your body healthy and toned.
If you have a problem, dance.
If you are healing a broken heart, dance.
If your ego is inflated, dance.
If your self-esteem is shaken, dance.
D.A.N.C.E. ~ Daily Action eNsuring Conscious Evolution:
- Make a ten minute playlist with three songs that speak to you and encourage feelings of presence and inspiration
- Dance with this playlist at least three times a week (change the playlist every week or two)
- Set an intention prior to entering your D.A.N.C.E space
- Move, feel, enjoy, release and cultivate
- Notice what you notice
